Melissa and Chris came to us looking for assistance with Day of/ Month of Coordination. We instantly connected and got to work right away! Both being type A personalities; with a very clear vision they knew they needed to hire an expert planner.
Their wedding ceremony took place at the Canadian Mennonite University with an intimate candlelit ceremony. Followed by cocktails and dinner at the Qualico Family Centre located at Assiniboine Park. For those of you who have had the pleasure of attending a Qualico wedding you know the venue and it’s surroundings are breathtaking. Located in the heart of the park across from the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, this venue is the perfect place for a summer get together.
We hired Melanie as our Day-Of Coordinator… and it was money well-spent! It was important to my wife and I (both being Type A personalities) to have our day well-orchestrated and seamlessly coordinated. Melanie was absolutely the right choice for our special day!
Melanie was very professional leading up to the wedding and asked all of the right questions. She asked questions about details that would have been easy to miss. She always had suggestions and answers when we were unsure of what we should do. She dealt with all the hiccups we could have predicted (and especially the ones we couldn’t) that come with planning and executing a wedding, leaving us with no regrets. Melanie and her staff handled themselves with class in every situation and scenario leading up to and including the wedding day.
We knew we didn’t need to worry about the schedule or details on that day because we knew we had Melanie and that made all the difference in the world to us!
