You can’t go wrong with a minimalist summertime wedding at the Pavilion! Kristen and Connor wanted a bright, airy, and timeless wedding. They were Full Planning clients, which means we created the design concept and selected the vendor team for their big day. We loved how all the details came together! The ceremony was held outdoors in the picturesque garden area. We kept all the details simple for the ceremony, really letting the beauty of the space speak for itself. We added some stunning floral pillars to add some drama… and voila! These floral pillars were repurposed to highlight the head table in the reception space, so they were worth the investment.
The reception space was bright and airy, just how the couple wanted it. All the beautiful windows in the space, really helped the vision come to life! We focused on bringing a minimalist garden party vibe to The Pavilion. To bring the outdoors in, we had an amazing greenery installation hanging from the ceiling. This helped create a big impact when guests walked into the room. We opted for a little colour and picked light blue linens and gold chivari chairs to bring the look together!
Kristen and Connor focused heavily on the guest experience. They wanted to make sure that their guests had a great time! This was a small wedding, so we got the opportunity to pull out all the stops. They focused on good food and drinks! This of course meant a signature cocktail was served at cocktail hour! Who doesn’t love and Limoncello Spritz on a hot summer day! Dinner was served family style, which is always a guest favourite. They brought in a coffee cart from De Luca, for the reception. This kept the guests caffeinated and dancing the night away!
We still can’t get over all the amazing details of this wedding! We loved the bright, airy, and minimalist summertime wedding vibes this event had. The amazing greenery instalation and stunning location really created such a beautiful space for the couple.
