Fall Cloakroom elopement inspiration at its finest! We had the pleasure of designing and coordinating this beautiful shoot in Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District. The Cloakroom is a new hot spot for people to gather for wedding party photos, intimate gatherings and most importantly, it’s the perfect spot for an elopement!
This space has so much historic charm with its exposed bricks, big bay windows and white columns throughout. It’s such a unique space, it’s easy to get creative and put together a design with such a beautiful canvas to work with.
With this particular shoot, we wanted to focus on what an intimate ceremony and dinner could look like in the space. We took inspiration from the fall colours and ran with the boho fall feel in every area. From gorgeous stationery to desserts with editable flowers, to a gorgeous triangle arch, we went for the intimate bohemian feel.
For the table design we opted for small wild arrangements with a subtle string of florals overhead. Nothing too over the top, but still grand enough to make a statement. We felt the wood tones of the tables and chairs fit in perfectly with the colour palette and the exposed brick of the venue.
We finished off with a few photos in the Exchange to show off the beautiful space surrounding the Cloakroom Elopement building. So many great photo opportunities are to be had in the area, we couldn’t pass them up!
