Fairmont Hotel Wedding
It’s not every day that you hear a couple say they want to create a winter vibe for their July wedding… but this is how I knew I had to work with Joanne and Herald. I love taking part in unique ideas, and I absolutely loved what they had in mind. Keeping with tradition they did their first look down the aisle. Joanne was a true princess with her 15ft veil trailing behind her, it was a sight to see. I would love to hear what you think about this Fairmont Hotel Wedding!
Although they wanted the winter vibe wedding, we still took full advantage of the gorgeous weather!
In order to create the perfect ambience, we decided on silver, whites and blue lighting as the accent. We did a mix of rounds and harvest tables throughout the room. Our linen choice was the silver sequence with silver Chiavari chairs. We did a mix of tall and short centrepieces with candles throughout. The room had a real fairytale vibe.
To really pull in the winter theme, we added a snowfall effect to Joanne and Herald’s first dance. Upon entering the room the couple made their way to a white dance floor with a custom decal. A few seconds into their dance the snow began to fall and guests were truly amazed at how we pulled together the perfect Fairmont Hotel wedding.
Thanks Melanie Parent Events for organizing our wedding ceremony and reception. The timeline was very well done! Our wedding will not be successful without you! Bravo!
We couldn’t have pulled off this winter wedding themed wedding without our amazing vendor team! Thank you to each of you for making this day a huge success.
