Luxury Wedding in the Provencher Ballroom at Fort Garry Hotel
We designed and executed a luxurious Provencher Ballroom Wedding at the Fort Garry Hotel for Tessa and Sylvain. They were full planning clients who unfortunately had many setbacks with their wedding due to the pandemic and decided to elope, but still wanted the full wedding of their dreams with all their family and friends once we were able! Needless to say, after waiting all this time they wanted to focus on the food, drinks, aesthetic and party aspects and we made sure it did not disappoint!
Cocktail hour was held on the mezzanine level, where guests could mix and mingle! We had a beautiful champagne wall to get things started, live music from the Manitoba Classical Guitar Duo, and a slideshow playing for guests to enjoy. The slideshow featured all of the photos from their elopement so guests could see their original wedding day, which was a nice way to bring the two important events together!
We kept the design very clean and minimalistic with white linens, chairs, and a white dance floor, which allowed the simple accents to pop. We also used textured ceiling lighting to give some detail but still kept it white. We had three different center pieces to add some variety to the tables with gorgeous flowers and greenery! This really allowed the Provencher Ballroom to speak for itself, which in turn just embellished our details!
We made sure to end the night with a bang! During the first dance, we had these gorgeous sparklers going off, which lit up the couple and was just show-stopping! It truly was a sight to see, and then the party really got started. We loved working with this couple every step of the way and making their dream wedding come to life.
