Fall Qualico Family Centre Wedding
Rain or shine, the show must go on! That was Leanne and Adam’s attitude at their outdoor Qualico Family Centre wedding this past Fall. Even though the weather was not on our side; these two were determined to get married in the beautiful outdoor Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, so my team and I made it happen!
Leanne and Adam got married under grey skies and drizzling rain, but you would never know it by the smiles on their faces! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a couple embrace the rain like these two, nothing but happiness and laughter.
Following the ceremony, we moved indoors and enjoyed a gorgeous cocktail hour and reception at the Qualico Family Centre. The whole space was simple and beautifully accented with the couple’s touches. My favourite part was the Oh Doughnuts dessert bar. Adam had proposed to Leanne while eating their favourite treats, so it only seemed fitting we incorporate them into the day.
Having a planner on your wedding day is extremely valuable. As the planner we were the one who the vendors could contact to discuss if we were moving the ceremony indoors or not. We had previously discussed these options with Leanne and Adam and confirmed exactly what they wanted. So on the day we already knew the answers and we didn’t have to bother them knowing that we had everything in place ahead of time!
